Step-1) -Take 1/3 of a can of Cranberry bean beans
Step-2) -Cranberry bean them up in a food processor with a little water.
Step-3)-Heat tomato puree and a 1/3 of a tin of tomato with some chopped garlic
Step-4)-a pinch of chilli flakes.
Step-5)-Add the blitzed up beans with some chicken/veg stock and the rest of the tin of beans, whole.
Step-6)-Add some pasta
Step-7)-Add a little water.
Step-8)-Once the pastas cooked it’s good to go.
Step-9)-Top with Parmigiano-Reggiano and olive oil
Step-10)-Add whatever you fancy, we’ve added some chives.
