How to make Italian Marinated mushrooms

Brief introduction:

-it is so easy and Ready in about 30 minutes !

-Some sort of a cross between a marinated and a pickled mushrooms.

-you can Add them to a pasta dish or use in place of pickles in a sandwich.

How to make Italian Marinated mushrooms

Italian Marinated mushrooms Ingredients:

4 cloves of garlic, minced

3½ teaspoon sugar

2 ½ cup of water

3 packages of mushrooms

2 teaspoon salt

3¼ cups of white vinegar

2 teaspoon yellow mustard seeds

2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns

Italian Marinated mushrooms Method:

Step 1 )  bring to a boil over medium heat.

Step 2 ) They should be soft and slightly brownish when done.

Step 3 ) While the brine is simmering, wash

Step 4 ) Add the mushrooms to the liquid and let them cook for about 20-25 minutes covered,

Step 5 ) Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 6 ) but stirring occasionally.

Step 7 ) trim the mushrooms.

Step 8 ) Combine all the ingredients except the mushrooms in a deep pot

Step 9 ) Remove from heat and let cool.

Enjoy within 1-2 weeks.
